1. QUELLES SONT LES TAILLES D'ESTAMPES DISPONIBLES? 
Nous pouvons graver votre estampe jusqu'à 8"x10". Mais nous vous recommandons de rester dans les dimensions de notre pad d'encre le plus large de 5"x7" pour vous en faciliter l'utilisation. 

2. VENDEZ-VOUS DE L'ENCRE? 
Nous avons plus d'une vingtaine d'options de couleur pour l'encre RÉGULIÈRE (lavable mais parfaite pour les produits du papier). 
Nous avons une encre INDÉLÉBILE, pour les surfaces non poreuses (verre, métaux, plastiques, papiers vernis/lustrés, etc.). 
Nous avons une encre à TISSUS, aussi résistante à l'eau et qui fonctionne avec les surfaces poreuses (cuir, bois, céramique, etc.). 

3. DOIS-JE INVERSER MON DESIGN OU METTRE DES LIGNES DE COUPE, ETC.? 
NON, envoyez simplement votre design à la taille désirée, TEL QUE VOUS SOUHAITEZ LE VOIR ESTAMPÉ. Vous êtes responsable de votre design. 

4. MON FICHIER EST-IL D'ASSEZ BONNE QUALITÉ? 
Si c'est une image trouvée sur Internet, NON. 
Si vous pouvez voir les pixels, NON. 
Pour obtenir une estampe de qualité, nous avons besoin d'un fichier en HAUTE RÉSOLUTION en NOIR ET BLANC (.eps / .ai / .jpeg @1200DPI). 
S'il vous est impossible d'avoir ce type de fichier ou que vous n'avez pas les connaissances nécessaires en production visuelle, vous pouvez toujours venir en boutique pour que nous puissions scanner votre image. 

5. MON DESIGN FERA-T-IL UNE BELLE ESTAMPE? 
La grande majorité des designs que nous recevons sortent très bien, identique à l'original. Mais il y a plusieurs choses à garder en tête lorsque vous préparez votre design :
 
a. Notre plus grand pad d'encre standard mesure 5"x7", il serait judicieux de rester dans ces dimensions pour vous en faciliter la manipulation. Pour une estampe hors standard vous devrez trouver vous-même le moyen de l'encrer. 

b. Les designs en espaces négatifs, c'est-à-dire lorsque les textes ou détails sont en blanc sur fond noir, nécessitent plus d'encre par impression, et il arrive que l'encre bouche ces espaces. Tâchez de grossir les éléments en blanc et/ou de les espacer. 

6. AVEZ-VOUS REÇU MON COURRIEL? POUVEZ-VOUS M'APPELER QUAND VOUS L'AVEZ REÇU? POUVEZ-VOUS M'APPELER QUAND MA COMMANDE EST PRÊTE? 
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour répondre aux courriels en 1-2 jours. Vous trouverez dans notre réponse une soumission au format .pdf contenant toutes les informations nécessaires à la production de votre estampe. Vous avez simplement à nous appeler pour confirmer la production. 

7. J'AI BESOIN D'UNE ESTAMPE DE 2 POUCES, QUEL EST LE PRIX? 
Attention, il y a une différence entre une estampe de 2 pouces carré (2"x1" ou 4"x0,5" = 2" carré) et une estampe carrée de 2 pouces (2"x2" = 4" carré). 

8. POUVEZ-VOUS TRAITER MA COMMANDE EN URGENCE? 
Contactez-nous directement par téléphone pour les commandes urgentes ; des frais de rush s'appliquent. 

9. PUIS-JE PAYER EN VENANT RAMASSER MA COMMANDE? 
Puisque toutes les commandes sont produites sur mesure, nous demandons le paiement EN AVANCE au moyen d’une carte de crédit (par téléphone). Il est aussi possible de payer débit ou comptant à l'atelier. 

10. POUVEZ-VOUS LIVRER? 
Il nous est possible de vous expédier votre commande par coursier ; comptez une journée supplémentaire dans le cas d’une expédition.

1. WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE STAMP DIMENSIONS? 
We can engrave your stamp up to 8"x10". But we advise you to stay within the dimensions of our biggest standard ink pad that is 5"x 7" for an easy stamping. 

2. DO YOU SELL INK? 
We have up to 20 different color options for REGULAR ink (washable, but perfect for paper products). 
We have a PERMANENT ink for non-porous materials (glass, metal, plastics, coated papers, etc.). 
We have an ink for FABRIC that is waterproof and also works great with porous materials (leather, fabric, wood, ceramic, etc.). 

3. DO I NEED TO REVERSE MY DESIGN OR ADD CROPPING MARKS, ETC.? 
NO, send us your design at the right size, AS YOU WISH TO SEE IT STAMPED. You are responsible for the design you’ll be sending us. 

4. IS MY FILE GOOD ENOUGH FOR A STAMP? 
If you found it on the Internet, NO. 
If you can see the pixels, NO. 
In order to produce a quality stamp, we need an HIGH RESOLUTION FILE in BLACK AND WHITE (.eps / .ai / .jpeg @1200DPI). 
If you are unable to produce or have such a file, you can come by and have your design scanned here. 

5. WILL MY DESIGN PRODUCE A BEAUTIFUL STAMP? 
Most of the designs sent to us turns out great, identical to the initial design. But you have to keep in mind some details when you are working on your design: 

a. Our biggest standard ink pad is 5"x7", you should stay within those dimensions in order to have an easier stamping. For non-standard stamps, you will need to find a way to ink it yourself. 

b. Designs using negative spaces - as in texts or details in white on a black background - they usually need more ink coverage to render well and depending on the inking process, those white spaces may fill up with ink. Try to bold those white spaces or space them. 

6. HAVE YOU SEEN MY EMAIL? CAN YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU GOT IT? CAN YOU CALL ME WHEN MY ORDER IS READY? 
We are doing our best to reply to all emails in 1-2 days. You’ll recieve a quote with a .pdf and all the details needed to produce your engraving. Just call us back to confirm the production. 

7. I NEED A 2 INCH STAMP, WHAT IS THE PRICE? 
Attention, there is a difference between a 2" square rubber stamp (2"x1" or 4"x0,5" = 2" square) and a square rubber stamp of 2" (2"x2" = 4" square). 

8. CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER? 
Contact us directly for rush orders. Rush fees applies. 

9. CAN I PAY ON PICK UP? 
Since every orders are custom made, we ask for the payment IN ADVANCE with a credit card number (over the phone), or you can pay débit or cash in-store. 

10. CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER? 
We can ship your order through our carier. Expect an extra day for the delivery in that case.

CHOOSING AND ORDERING A PRODUCT

There are several ways to order a product:

1. ORDER BY TEMPLATE: You select a template that is like the custom text you want to order. The product will be assigned accordingly.

2. ORDER BY PRODUCT: By browsing through the catalog, choosing items from the categories and adding items to the cart.

3. ORDER BY KEYWORD: Type in an article no. or product code or product name The system will search the catalog for you and show you the matching products.


1. ORDER BY TEMPLATE

1. Click on Order by Template. Choose a category. You´ll see a range of templates, where even the imprint size is displayed. (If you´ve already saved templates as a registered user, you´ll find them in the tab marked "your templates")

2. Clicking on a template, brings you to a list of products with approximately the same size (plus - minus 10% of the imprint size of your chosen product). After selecting the product you want , you´ll be taken directly to the Custom Wizard, where you can design your textplate.

2. ORDER BY PRODUCT

Click on the Order by Product" button . Click on the name of the category you want to buy. Choose a product from the appropriate category and click "order".

There are two possible choices on products with individualized text plates:

A) You´ll reach a page with one or more templates by clicking "proceed". (If you´ve already saved templates as a registered user, you´ll see them there). Now, choose a template or click "create new" to go to the "edit template" page. You can create your own template there.
B) If there are no templates for the chosen product, the "proceed" button brings you directly to the custom wizard.

There are also two possible choices for non-customizable products.

A) You´ll get to the "choose variations" page. After you´ve chosen your favorite variation, click "proceed" to add the item to the cart.
B) You´ll get directly to the cart when choosing a product without variations.


3. ORDER BY KEYWORD

If you know the article number of the product you want to order, you can enter it at the ORDER BY KEYWORD Section.Enter the article no. or product name and click on "proceed". You´ll be redirected to the cart where you can add more items by using the functionality displayed at the bottom of the page.

Note: Individualized products can't be added to the cart directly - either you'll get to a choice of templates or directly go to the "edit template" page.


SHOPPING CART

How do I change the quantity in my order?

On the shopping page, you can change the quantity of items in your order or delete an item. After you´ve made your changes, click "update cart" to see your revised total

How do I remove a product from the order?

You can delete an item from the Shopping Cart by clicking on the 'remove' link beside the subtotal. After making your changes, click "update cart" to see your revised total.

How to return to the Shopping Cart page?

You can return to this page by clicking the Cart button in the top navigation bar.

How to add more products to the Shopping cart?

When you are on the Shopping Cart page, you can continue shopping by clicking the "continue shopping" button or the home button. This will take you to the top level of the catalog.

Each time you click the "order" button, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page and the items will be saved.
Furthermore you can add a comment to your order. Therefore please use the link "instruction".

How to complete an order?

If all items are added to the cart already and you´ve entered the correct quantity (remember to update the cart), then just click "check out" (as a registered user) to get to the check out area. As an anonymous user you´ll be redirected to the registration area before you get to the check out. After you register you'll be brought back to your order and to the check out area.

 

Check out

Again you can maintain your account here. Furthermore it´s your last chance to remove items from the cart. Please use your Drop Down Box to choose the shipping method. At the bottom of the page you can define billing options.
To definitely complete your order click on "confirm and submit order".

 

Detailed Instructions on how to customize your product

Create a layout

You´re able to create your personal text plate on this page. You can have a look at your modifications by clicking on the "update preview" button. By using the drop down box, you can adjust the size of the preview .

On some products you have the choice to change the product color or any other attribute by clicking "choose" (on the left hand side).

Tthere may also be a "next smaller" and a "next bigger" button. A click on one of these buttons will automatically redirect you to the next bigger/smaller product of the same product familiy. Please check if the variation is the right one.

Depending on the product there is a multitude of functions. If you switch between the functions (tabs) the layout will be saved automatically and the preview will be updated..

Enter Text

enter font, fontsize, position and options like bolt, italic and underlined here. A page with examples of fontsamples will appear if you click the "font samples" link.
Note: Use "udpate preview" regularly. A warning sign will appear if your text or a defined border is too big.

Spacing

You can positon you text horizontal and vertical here. (for example: -3 pts or 10 pts..)

Ruled Lines

Allows direct vertical and horizontal positioning of lines.

Borders

Generate borders in different strengths and forms.

Graphic

Upload a logo or graphic from local harddrive here. It is important that the file is a Bitmap (.bmp).
For some products (businesscards…) it is allowed to upload colored graphics too. (.jpeg - 24 Bit only)
You´ve also the possibility to change the size of the original graphic (in percent). You have to be logged in as a registered user to be allowed to upload graphics. Your graphics will be saved for further use. Depending on the shop, you can then decide between the index cards "general graphics" and "your graphics".

If you´ve finished creating your template, click on "update preview" again and and hit order after that. On the next page it´s the last chance for you to check your template. If you want to make changes, you can return to your last version of the template by click the "back" button (inside the shop, not in your browser). As a registered user you´re also able to save your template with any name you want. You can use them for further orders.
So just enter a name for the template then click "save and add to the cart" (as a registered user). As an anonymous user click "add to the cart". Both ways lead to the cart.

Choose the correct options for your product

You can choose the definable variation for the product on this page. If you´d like to choose another variation, but you´ve already started to create your template.
By a clear arranged number of available templates, just click on the variation you want. (Radio Button)
To get a review of quite a view variations, please use the drop down box, to rearrange all variations

If the point is on the correct variation, it´s marked in terms of colour. To get back to the "edit template" page, please click the "back" button inside of the shop. (press the browser´s back button in no case - otherwise the choice may be lost)

My account

Can't remember your password?

Click on "lost password" on the welcome page and enter your user ID. You will receive an E-Mail with your password after that. This is not avaiable for ariba users.

Can't remember your user name?

Click on the "lost password" button and send an e-mail to the address shown there. Your user name will be e-mailed back to you. This is not avaiable for ariba users.

Maintaining your account and changing your password:

Just click "account" in the menu bar. You can change your password, update your name and even enter separate billing and shipping addresses. This is not avaiable for ariba users.

How does the product search work?

You can search for keywords throughout the site. Simply enter a keyword in the search box. Then by clicking on the product keyword search results, you will be taken to the corresponding product. Then simply proceed with your order.

Where to find previous orders? (order history)

Click on "Order History" in the menu bar. Here you can review all previous orders, and even order again from them.


What is about data security?
